Dan is well versed in many areas of real estate including commercial and residential negotiation, mortgages, technology, trends & analysis, neighborhood stats, and much more. With cultural insight, Dan excels with International Clients! He has spent time in his life abroad in Syria, South Korea, Japan, Thailand and the Philippines. Real Estate and Coaching are his two true passions. Dan's lifelong interest in real estate began when he worked in the Financial Industry in Mortgages. His natural desire to help people comes through in the service to his clients. A believer of "Helping your Community", Dan has been strongly involved with the Volleyball World in the lower mainland helping coach Club, Summer Games, Baden Cup, Team BC and the Korean Junior National Team, Coaching for the SCVC and Power West in addition to starting the Beach Club, SCBVC. With the Coast Roadshow, not only is Dan a great Real Estate Agent but he is our Marketing and Technology Guru!
